STS Support
Help with the STS parent-guided thumb-sucking program, accounts, purchases, reminders, synchronization, and privacy.
Email bairatlabs@gmail.com. Include your device type and app version, but do not send a child's full legal name, photo, school, address, or medical records.
How do I begin?
In the hands-busy studio version, choose Try a hand activity for free to explore an unsaved sample without an account or purchase. Choose Personalize our studio for the parent assessment, then prepare a routine, rehearse a child-chosen hand activity, and record what you notice after trying it off-screen. Earlier versions may show Build our plan.
How do I restore lifetime access?
Open More, or Account settings on the studio welcome screen, and choose Restore purchase. Use the same Apple or Google store account that made the original purchase. If you synchronized your access with a parent account, use that same sign-in method and account. Apple, Google and email sign-ins are not automatically merged because they share an email address.
Why are reminders not arriving?
Confirm that reminders are enabled inside STS and that notification permission is allowed in the device settings. Device focus modes and battery controls may delay notifications.
Can I use STS without an account?
Yes. Core program information can stay on the device. A parent account is optional and supports synchronization across compatible devices.
How do I delete information?
The program reset control in More removes the local program and, when signed in, its synchronized program state without deleting the parent account. Delete account removes the signed-in parent account and associated synchronized program state. These actions are permanent. For another privacy request, email bairatlabs@gmail.com.
Is STS medical or dental care?
No. STS supports parent-led behavior routines and does not diagnose or treat dental, speech, sleep, skin, or medical conditions. If you notice changes in teeth or bite, skin injury, breathing or sleep concerns, speech concerns, pain, or another health issue, contact an appropriate health professional.
